Custom Home Builders
in Shoalhaven Heads

Holmes Building & Design builds in Shoalhaven Heads, delivering custom homes, new builds, renovations, extensions, granny flats and knock down rebuilds across the area.

Shoalhaven Heads projects often involve properties positioned between the river and the coastline, which can influence how homes are laid out and how different spaces are used. Many homes in the area have been updated over time, so the work frequently centres on improving how everything comes together and making better use of the site.

Some projects focus on extending or reworking existing homes, particularly where additional space or a clearer layout is needed. In other cases, a knock down rebuild or new build allows the home to be set up again with a more practical arrangement from the beginning.

Consideration is often given to how living areas open out, how access is handled and how the home is set up for regular use. Each project is planned with the property in mind, so the layout and structure come together in a way that works day to day.
