Custom Home Builders
in Greenwell Point

Holmes Building & Design works in Greenwell Point on custom homes, new builds, renovations, extensions, granny flats and knock down rebuilds, delivering projects across the area.

Greenwell Point properties often come with a mix of older homes, waterfront locations and blocks that have been held for years. This tends to shape the type of work, with many projects focused on updating existing homes, improving layouts or making better use of the position.

In some cases, a renovation or extension is enough to bring the home up to standard. In others, a knock down rebuild or new build provides a cleaner outcome, allowing the home to be set up properly from the start and take advantage of the site.

Each project is approached based on what the property requires. That can involve opening up internal areas, adding new living space or introducing a separate dwelling such as a granny flat. The focus stays on keeping the build practical, making sure the work is carried out properly and delivering a home that functions as a whole.
